Particularly good and GREAT location near to a supermarket and an excellent pizzeria that does take-out across the street and railway station, Central Market and Cathedral area and the cathedral, and the room was warm.

The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the apartment had a big and comfy bed. The location was amazing and perfect for our needs, close to the center.

We had a great stay in Florence adjacent to Florence and restaurants. Overall the staff was welcoming and responsive here.

The location was perfect, with easy access to bus and tram stops, as well as being within walking distance to the train station. the apartment itself was cozy and spacious, perfect for our larger group of friends.

It was located in a touristic area adjacent to the Santa Maria Novella train station as well as an excellent pizzeria that does take-out across the street, Our stay there was nice; would happily return.

The location was great and excellent, at a medium distance from an indoor market hall. I had brunch in bars and restaurants, set nearby. The staff was welcoming and superbly friendly. The romantic and big-sized room had an exceptionally comfortable bed and was complete with a microwave and bedroom.

I recently stayed at Max Apartments for a few nights and it was a great experience. The apartment they provided was clean and comfortable, with a nice rooftop view of the neighborhood. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the main attractions. The apartment itself was spacious, with two floors and four double beds, making it suitable for a larger group. The host was also very helpful and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Max Apartments for a pleasant and convenient stay in Florence.

There are numerous restaurants and bars close by, and the staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. This place is a great property overall, despite the small bathroom.

The location of the hotel was great, it was really close to the train station and the cathedral. It was also clean, which was a relief considering all the other issues I had during my stay.

The shower head was broken, and the electricity went off during my stay, which meant I had to help an elderly man fix the fuse box. The cooker was also not great, and I had to use the microwave to cook my food.

Located in a quiet side street, this hotel is right in the centre of the city, making it close to all tourist attractions. With its convenient location, guests have easy access to the train station, supermarkets, bars, restaurants. This hotel also offers a washing machine, cooking stove, small fridge, and a very clean shower, providing guests with all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay.

The noise from the neighborhood can be a disturbance, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The staff were welcoming in all circumstances; I truly enjoyed them all. The setting was amazing. It was based close to the Academia where the statue of David is.

Anna and the staff at this accommodation were highly responsive and accommodating. They were quick to answer phone calls and the apartment was easy to find. The room we stayed in was clean, comfortable, and had a nice layout. The location, although 15 minutes away from the main city center, was relatively quiet. Anna was helpful in addressing any questions we had. Additionally, there was a washing machine and a small kitchen area available.
